If you're having trouble resetting your password, or receiving the re-activation email. You can recover your password via our guest support system. To do that follow the instructions below:
Make a nominal transaction (ie. $0.01) from one of the payment methods registered to your account, with "request new pasword" in the memo line (if you transact $1+, it will be added to your account balance).
Then open a guest support ticket with the payment information (batch number etc) for your password reset / account reactivation. Submit A Guest Support Ticket
For all other issues, please first login to your account before submitting a support ticket. I cannot help you as a guest. Or if you have no registered deposit methods applied to your account, open a guest support ticket stating as such, and include your date of birth. And we'll reset your password/email address for you manually.
